Christchurch Fly Fishing Guide

Christchurch fly fishing guide service available from the city. We can collect you from your hotel, motel, or cruise ship in the morning, and return you in the late afternoon of evening. There is some quite good fishing available within an hour of the city.

Known internationally as "The Garden City," the city is very English in character. Our guides will cheerfully collect you from the international airport, cruise ship at Lyttelton, or your hotel. We can provide day trips locally, or multi-day outings to our base on the West Coast, only 2.5 hours scenic drive from Christchurch.with your fly fishing guide

There are several very good lowland rivers within an hour of the city, and numerous alpine lakes and rivers accessible in less than 2 hours drive.

When its your turn to visit NZ, tell us the duration of your trip, and what you'd like to see. We would appreciate the opportunity to assist in the planning of your vacation, and will provide very competitive pricing for you. Click the "Contact" button at top left to request prices.

As part of our outdoor adventure activities, we can include offer daily or multi-day tours to a variety of local sites. We can take you throughout Canterbury, to watch the whales and dolphins at Kaikoura, visits museums, native birds, thermal pools, and scenic drives through farmlands remote and rugged.

With the South Island's only international airport, it is truly the gateway to the Southern Alps and the adventures that abound here. There are some delightful places and things to do around the city. In the past, the "Garden City" has been viewed as a gateway to the rest of the South Island. That perception has definitely changed, and the consensus of the recent tourism conference (TRENZ) was that it is very much a destination in its own right. So much so, and so successful was the conference, that it has been decided to make an unprecedented two in a row!
