Lakes & Stillwaters

The Grey River catchment includes the internationally renowned Lake Brunner, the nationally acclaimed Lake Poerua, as well as lesser known Lake Haupiri, Lady Lake, Lake Hochstetter, all of which have good stocks of brown trout. In their own right, the lakes are wonderful fisheries, and in addition provide the insurance of guaranteed clear water fishing regardless of weather conditions.
